Running with the wind on our way to Long Island. Magic sailing.
Palm Bay bures.
Steve rowing ashore. Note the stern line from Top Shelf to the shore.
This photo is taken from a lovely large ‘gazebo’ with chairs, tables and comfy lounges. And cool breezes. Great spot to sit back and admire our Top Shelf.
Top Shelf settling in for a quiet night in Palm Bay.
The walking tracks on Long Island – did them all!!
Walking track on the east of Long Island with views across the Passage.
Views? What views? I’ve got 1 bar of 3G!!
Sandy Bay … with mangrove borders – wasn’t inviting us to swim.
The islands are interlaced with these wonderful walks, and rarely do we ever meet anyone else out there doing it. They don’t know what they’re missing.
Lovely shaded walking track with a thick carpet of leaves. Long Island
Un-Happy Bay. Yet another closed resort.
The beach on the eastern side of Palm Bay. I wonder why they chose the other side for the resort?
Leaving Palm Bay. I took this photo to show what a small bay it is. It’s only about 250 metres from this beach through to the eastern side of the island too.
